When it comes to working with antique and vintage crochet patterns, it can be difficult to know which stitches to use. Many antique patterns use terminology that simply isn't used in modern crochet patterns. This list was compiled by the wonderful group, Antique Pattern Library and is a great resource for those who want to tap into the treasures of antique and vintage crochet patterns. By using the recommendations below, you can essentially adjust any antique or vintage crochet pattern to modern terms.
